Welcome to the U.S. Arabian Horse Registry, a full service, low cost registration organization for Purebred Arabian Horses. The purpose shall be to collect, record and preserve the pedigrees of Arabian horses, to maintain a Stud Book and registry, and to stimulate and regulate any and all other matters such as may pertain to the history, breeding, exhibition, publicity, sale, racing or improvements of this breed. The primary responsibility of the United States Arabian Horse Registry, is to provide affordable registration services for Purebred Arabian Horses and to keep and maintain its stud book under the auspices of Arabian Horse Fair. The USAHR Stud book may include entries of horses born in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean Islands and Panama or imported from any country that maintains a stud book in accordance with the USAHR standard and/or the standard of a recognized Society and the progeny of pure bred sires and dams acceptable for registration by the Society. USAHR will ensure by DNA and/or Bloodtype identification, the identity of every horse registered. |
