Introductory Special for Registrations
IF a purebred Arabian stallion, mare or gelding has been registered with another registry, and has been DNA tested and verified: The cost for Registration with USAHR during this special, is $15 for the horse to be registered with the registering party or owner supplying the DNA test results required for the horse to be registered and any DNA required from the sire or dam or both. The DNA test results must be forwarded to USAHR from any other registry. Requests for DNA test results confirming parentage verification must be WRITTEN BY THE PERSON DOING THE REGISTRATION AND/OR THE OWNER OF EACH HORSE. Follow this Simple Two Step Process for Registration of Your Horse Step 1. Download the DNA Waiver form for obtaining the DNA test results from your present registry. Fill out and and forward to the registry which has the DNA results for your horse along with the $10 per horse fee required. If your registry did not use DNA testing, that will need to be done for the horse being registered, along with its sire and dam. USAHR will assist at cost, but all fees must be paid in advance before DNA testing will be done by our lab. Step 2. Submit a registration application for the horse to be registered with USAHR using a Registration Application and include the $15 registration fee for each horse. Please make checks or money orders payable to USAHR. All 2008 foals registration costs are covered under the Fee Schedule page which is listed under Forms and Fee Schedule and will follow the USAHR Governing Rules. All foals registered need to be of parents registered with USAHR, DNA tested and verified. Those who are not from USAHR Registered parents will need to provide documentation as in the rules outlined above.
